Activities

Welcome to the Service High Activities Page!

Participation/Eligibility Information

Minimum GPA Requirement: 2.00 in the previous quarter and have passed five classes (four for seniors) the previous semester. Students must be enrolled in five classes (four for seniors) in order to be eligible to participate.
Registration information to complete all forms required each year is found at the ASD Activities Page.
Physicals can be uploaded or turned in to the Activities Office. Physicals are good for 18 months.
Payment must be made through ASD ParentConnect account or at the Activities Office.
*Note: fines must be cleared before a student is eligible to participate.*

All of the above must be completed prior to the student participating at practice.
No forms, physicals, or payment should be submitted to coaches.
Once everything is submitted, students must go to the Activities Office to receive a "Gold Form" stating that the student is eligible to participate, which is then taken to the coach to show their eligibility to participate.

Many sports groups hold open gyms or workouts during their offseasons. Coaches will share information on their team pages, in emails to contacts, or advertised at Service. These are open to any who wish to participate. All participants should complete and return the Open Gym Waiver Form to the coach to participate in any out-of-season open gyms or training.

Below is the Service High Facilities Use Calendar. The calendar indicates the spaces and facilities that different sport and activity groups are scheduled to use. This is NOT a practice calendar! Students and parents should check directly with their individual sport/activity group for detailed practice information.

Calendar also available HERE
